With its roots in Sawadaen Tea Shop, founded in 1926 by (the late) Kenji Sawada, we are a tea maker with a history of 96 years that values tradition and innovation. We handle not only Kagoshima tea, but also tea from other production areas in Kyushu. This is so that customers can have all the delicious teas at Sawadaen. Please enjoy the world of tea created by tea farmers in Kyushu who grow wonderful tea leaves, and the world of tea created by the tea master Masayoshi Sawada.
